GEM X670

Automatic self-sizing taping machine GEM X670 that seals the upper and lower part of variable-format American-style boxes with adhesive tape.

The taping machine is suitable for closing boxes with different length, width and height dimensions that arrive in random order. The taping unit and the two lateral drive arms automatically adjust to the dimensions of the boxes. The boxes are advanced by lateral drive belts controlled by a single motor, thus optimising the uniformity of the sliding of the boxes to the maximum and ensuring perfect alignment of the upper and lower flaps that guarantee perfect alignment of the upper and lower flaps that guarantee perfect sealing.

This taping machine can be used with manual loading thanks to the help of an operator, or inserted into a packaging line.
