Rotating ring wrapping machine for pallet wrapping with high-speed stretch polyethylene. The machine is built with two steel columns on which the rotating ring is housed. The ring is lifted by double chains and the rotation speed, like the ascent and descent speed, is controlled by dedicated inverters.
In addition to the stretch film reel, the rotating ring also houses the two pre-stretch rollers that are linked together only by a fixed ratio that can be varied by replacing the pinions.
The motorization of the pre-stretch group is located on the fixed structure of the machine.
The cutting clamp and the welding of the polyethylene at the end of the cycle takes place on a Teflon-coated contrast to avoid contact between the welder and the surface of the pallet.
