Subject: Information on Curriculum Vitae pursuant to art. 13 Reg. 2016/679/EU
This is to inform you that our company collects personal data through Curriculum Vitae. The processing is carried out in compliance with the criteria set out in the European regulation on the protection of personal data, Reg. 2016/679/EU, in force since 25 May 2018 (hereinafter GDPR).
According to the legislation indicated, the processing must be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
1) The data controller is Packma Trading S.r.l. in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, with registered office in Circonvallazione Bran, 605 - 37013 Caprino veronese (VR), tel.: 045/6230844 e-mail: info@packmatrading.it.
2) The data collected from you are used for the purposes of selection, evaluation and research of personnel for its organizational structure.
The legal basis of the processing can be found in art. 6 p.1 lett. f) GDPR "the processing is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party"; the nature of the provision is optional, in case of failure to send the owner will not be able to proceed with the evaluation of the candidate's profile.
The interested party's consent is expressed by the completely voluntary provision of the CV by e-mail, fax or in the "Work with Us" section of the website.
3) Communication: the data collected may be communicated to duly appointed external parties who carry out activities on behalf of the data controller such as, for example: HR consulting companies for the evaluation and screening of profiles, employment consultants, etc. Personal data relating to means of communication (telephone, email, etc.) will be used by duly appointed internal parties.
Communication to third countries outside the EU is not envisaged and dissemination is not envisaged (e.g. social networks, websites, etc.). The data controller does not use automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes set out in this information.
4) The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set out above and in any case for no longer than 12 months from collection for the purposes indicated, after which the data controller or his appointee will proceed to delete the CV or make the data pseudonymous.
5) The interested party has the right to ask the data controller for access to his/her personal data or the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him/her, or has the right to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to request the portability of the data itself. The request can be made by e-mail or fax or registered letter with the subject: "request by the interested party" specifying in the request the right that the interested party wishes to exercise (erasure, rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid e-mail address/certified email to which the response should be sent. The data controller or anyone appointed by the same will proceed to satisfy the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the response is complex, the time may be extended to a further 30 days, upon timely communication to the interested party.
If you deem it appropriate to assert your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, corresponding to the National Privacy Guarantor, with headquarters in Piazza Venezia, 11 - 00187 Rome, e-mail: protocollo@gpdp.it.
